What to do on a rainy day in London?
- lie in bed listening to rain till 10am
- go to gym
- watch dvd
- finish cross stitch
- iron like a mad woman
- update blog (once, twice, three times)
- catch up on washing
- write a few emails
- read last chapter of novel I've been reading for almost a month!
- sort kitchen utensil drawer so I can open it without surrendering to the whisk!
- 100 strokes with the brush through my hair
- annoy Hamish without being too annoying
- walk to shop, buy whole chicken, leave for husband to prepare while I go to the gym!
- return a few phonecalls
- return a few text messages
- feed the squirrels (who don't mind the rain as much as humans and have taken over the park benches!)
- surf internet for interesting things to cook
- clean the shower
- organise sock drawer (just kidding Martha!)
